Help ~ Don't know where to stay!

My dad and step mom are for sure coming with us next month! I have the ent. rate at HoJo's but it's no longer available to book for them, so I'm thinking of cancelling it so we can stay at the same place as them, we'd either need 2 cheap rooms ~ no more than my ent. rate at HoJo's ($59) or a kids suite (2 queens/doubles and bunk beds) we stayed at the Comfort Inn Maingate in a kids suite last Sept ~ the price is right but it's a longer walk (we used ART). I've looked into Motel 6 ~ less than $60 per night and according to the guy I talked to on the phone they're 3/4 of a mile away from DLR.

Any ideas?

Did you check the Desert Inn and Suites?
I have never stayed at this particular place but I have heard nice things about it.
