HELP! Does DDP include multi-course choices?

I know the DDP includes an Entree and a Dessert for each Table Service meal but what about Restaurants that have multi-course entree choices that include appetizers?

For example, the Prix Fixe at Chefs de France (someone told me this was included on another thread), the two "Feasts" at the Restaurant Marrakesh, the Mexican Dinner at San Angel Inn, etc.

We have reservations at Chefs de France and Restaurant Marrakesh and wanted to make plans.

Yes, the prix fixe menu is included in the DDP, but no substitutions allowed. There are prix fixe choices at Les Chefs, Nine Dragons, LeCellier (lunch only), Kona Cafe and Captain's Grille. I'm not certain, but I would assume the lunch and dinner at San Angel is also included.

The feasts at Marrakesh are included, but I believe there is an upcharge.
