Help! Does anyone have a clue why my keyboard won't work?

My keyboard was fine earlier, and now won't work I'm using the onscreen keyboard to type this, and it's a real pain! Everything seems connected; I think I may have hit a key accidentally and messed things up. Does anyone know how to fix this? PLEASE?

When in doubt...Restart. That's what I do everytime I mess things up. It works for me.
