Help! Do you have this problem with cookie sheets?

I only use airbake too. It makes the perfect cookie everytime. I remember a while back Martha Stewart was making "the perfect cookie". She said she didn't like airbake pans for some reason. Well, then she took them out of the oven on her plain jane pans. They were so burnt around the edges. She looks at them and says "AH, the perfect cookie." I thought, "Are we looking at the same cookie?" Jeez, if she thinks THAT is the perfect cookie, mine must be sent by God. Anyway, another vote for airbake!!!!

I hate metal cookie sheets! I only have one left, and if I use it, I have to put parchment paper on it. I recently bought a baking stone from Pampered Chef,and LOVE IT! Maybe you should look into getting one. They cook so much more evenly.
