Help. Do I or don't I

Debating if we will leave a week early (Feb9-16) and go to Florida Panhandle or Hilton Head as I can get a timeshare really cheap in either place. My ??? is how deserted are these resorts at that time of year and do they really heat the pools as they say at this time. Which would you do or neither and be content to arrive at Orlando on 16th as originally planned. We stay till the end of March. Have never been to Panhandle or Hilton Head.
