I have learned so much from browsing the board and there is no way I could have made as much progress in planning as I have with out it. I do have a question about dining...we have a 2 year old so she doesn't have the dining plan. I know when we are at TS meals she can share from DH or my plate but how does it work for buffets? Is she still able to share from our plates or should I plan on buying her own??

Also I'm really torn on what to pick between 1900 Park Fare or Princess Storybook at Akershus...any suggestions???

TIA!!!

Well last year it was me and my 2 yr old son, he was able to eat at the buffets for free, they gave him a drink and I just was able to fix his plate,we ate at Ohana, PSB, Crystal Palace, Boma,1900 Park Fare, and Biergertan, for the TS he just ate with me from my plate, and he is a big bread eater and that helped the TS dinners go a long way, we ate table services at LeCelliar, Coral Reef, and at all the CS meals I just shared my meal, I am a big eater and we never left anywhere hungry, except Coral Reef the portions were small but it may have been cause we ate there for lunch. The dilemma between 1900 Park Fare and PSB is hard to say I did both, my son wore his Gold Prince Crown and I wore My Gold Queen Crown, he loved both restaurants especially the ladies at PSB breakfast Mulan gave him a kiss and he wore that red kiss print all day on his cheek. This year we are returning for both PSB and 1900 Park Fare the only advantage is that the PSB comes with a free picture package with the meal we did the breakfast because the lunch and dinner menu did not tickle my fancy! He is three now so when we go this year he will be able to eat the same way he did at the age of 2 at the buffets, and at the TS and CS he will be able to order his own meals, which even still at some TS we will share, a meal if we have eaten too much throughout the day! I had the same question last year and someone told me don’t worry you’re 2 year old will not go hungry and I will pass that onto you your 2 year old will not go hungry! I do recommend you bring a few little snacks with you just to keep them happy while you’re in the park or waiting to be seated at your ADR's dont waste your money paying for your 2 year old at those buffets because it really is free!

Thank you so much for your reply. I don't know why I was so worried about her starving it's not like she really eats that much anyway, I just wanted to see if I should budget for her food too.

Thanks for the input about the princesses, I think I'm going to stick with my gut and do the PSB for breakfast like I origionally planned.
