My DH broke his leg and the doctor is talking about doing surgery to put pins in it. He won't be able to be on it at all for six weeks and a walking cast for six weeks after that. We are supposed to leave for our 1st trip to WDW on Dec 17. I should have known something would happen to derail our plans. Everything was going to smooth. We have an ADR to CRT and everything. Do you guys think we should still go if he has a walking cast by that time or should I just cancel and reschedule for next year. To complicate matters further, we have a 7 yr old DD and a 9 yr old DS with autism. So I would be trying to keep track of two small kids along with helping DH at the busiest time of the year at WDW. Am I crazy??
I forgot to mention that DH will not be getting paid part of the time he is off and I am having a hard time justifying spending so much money when he will not have an income. Any advise is appreciated. I keep changing my mind about what to do.
