Help deciding which day to do Epcot.

So we will be there Nov 17th -28th. park schedule:
Thurs: HS
Friday: MK also attending very merriest that night
Sat: resort day
Sun: AK
Mon: Epcot
Tues: resort day ( may resort hop some)
Wed: MK
Thur (Thanksgivings): Day at Disney Springs dinner reservation at Raglan road.
Fri: Blizzard beach
Sat: HS

Right now we have Epcot scheduled for Monday of Thanksgiving week, but thinking of changing it to Friday(day after thanksgiving). We want to do space 220 restaurant and thinking the later in week would give us a better chance booking an ADR. So might swap our Epcot and BB days.

My question is do you think Epcot will be significantly more crowded on Black Friday vs Monday of Thanksgiving week? Also any other potential flaws the experts on this board might see in our plans.

I think Epcot will always be more crowded on the weekend (including Friday evening) than on weekdays.
