Help Deciding--October or January

October. While it is still hurricane season, if your trip happens as it is supposed to, the water in Castaway Cay will be warm and you should not encounter too much rough seas.

Halloween on board should be very nice.

Which cruise is cheaper? Just wondering if the January cruise is more expen$ive because of the holiday weekend.

October is about $100 more than January. October has been open a while, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I think I may have grabbed the last 7A room that sleeps 4.

You should be able to locate the history for the weather and temperatures for your chosen dates.

We did a a couple of days in WDW and then a Disney Cruise in January 2001, eastern Caribbean. I didn't take off my leather jacket until we got to St Thomas. If you choose January, I hope your weather is warmer.

Thank you, everyone, for your input! It is really helpful. It's still hard to choose but I'm starting to lean more toward October I think.

I think it's hilarious that the vote is currently split 50/50. That pretty much sums up how I've felt about it!
