I have been to the Top of the World Lounge at BLT but I can't remember if there is a good view of Spaceship Earth? I'm trying to think of the best place to view the Death Star outside the park.

Thanks so much!

After watching the Live Streaming last night, I am not sure you would see the side of SSE that really showed off the Death Star when the death ray was activated. As you mainly see just one side of SSE at BLT.

From what I've read my impression is that the entire ball was changed and that it was much better to view it from afar. There were details that showed up better that way. Apparently the had projectors out by the monorail station too.

I'm sure Disney is wondering how they could move that over to DHS.....or switch starwars land over to Epcot. ;)

Thanks, Kathy. I think it is find that the "Death Star" is in other solar system of Epcot. Farther away means less disaster for Star Wars land at DHS.:darth: :chewy:

Cool, this thread made me :DWhere else would you read that title & subsequent discussion and think it all perfectly normal? :darth:
