Help- dayquill/nyquill in parks/resort? cold eeze?

I'm only a few days into my trip and my throat is killng me! I got some contact cold & flu in my resort shop but it's not doing anything.
Is there a shop with more stuff or do I need to go offsite?

They do sell some over the counter meds in the parks and the hotels. I have heard that the "comfort stations" or medical areas in the parks can help with some of that stuff too.
Of course, you can bring it with you & there is a Speedway gas station with quite and extensive convenience store near the Boardwalk you can Uber to.
Last year I had to buy Benadryl in the resort store and I was shocked it wasn't $30. lol It was only like a buck or two more so prepare for that if need be.

Most of the park stores have a pull out draw under the registers with all sorts of meds. Just check at any store. I remember them having Dayquill.

I ended up taking an Uber to Walgreens but that as awesome to know! Thank you! I also learned that there so a pharmacy that delivers to your resort and if you call the front desk they will set it up. I couldn't wait the two hours cause of throat pain but putting it out there in case anyone else is in the same boat.

I hope you're feeling better today. It's so hard to be sick when you're away from home, and your own bed, and your own comforts.

Hopefully you are better by now. Incase you are still suffering, I wanted to share that I remember hearing that one of the urgent care clinics will shuttle you to and from your resort. I don't remember which one but I would think someone at the front desk would know. The only time I've had severe sore throat pain was with strep and that takes a long time to clear up on it's own!
