Help! DAS log out vicious cycle!

I've used DAS for several years, specifically the new video chat registration system at least 3 times. I've been on hold for over an hour and got the dreaded "logged out" message but this time I can't close it, go back, or do anything. I'm completely stuck. I even tried to log out and that didn't work. When I logged out back in, the same screen appeared. I'm on an iPad on Safari, which is what I've always used.

Any suggestions what to do? I can't do anything on MDE until I can get off this page.

I do almost everything on an iPad on Safari.
When an app gets stuck/frozen, it usually needs to be ‘hard closed‘.
This link from Apple tells how to do it.
Even though the link says to only close apps if they are non-responsive, I find things get slow and sometimes freeze if there are a lot of apps open. I would try closing others first, then retry Safari.
I can’t tell from what you wrote whether you were able open another tab on Safari and sign in there. Try that and if you still can’t resolve the page issue, then I’d hard close Safari.
The chat window will reopen at the same point you got kicked out.
 
As much as I use safari, I’ve learned for anything important to use another browse. I’ve had for tying problems, freezing errors where I’ve had to totally reboot my Mac…not worth it.

As much as I use safari, I’ve learned for anything important to use another browse. I’ve had for tying problems, freezing errors where I’ve had to totally reboot my Mac…not worth it.
I wish I had that option. My PC doesn't have video chat capabilities so I'm forced to use my older iPad and Chrome doesn't work very well on it. However, great info for others!

I’ve got a newer iPad and DD has an older iPad mini.
Safari generally works really well on both of them. Chrome does work pretty well on a Mac laptop or desktop, but I have not had super luck with Chrome or Firefox on our iPads. Safari generally works better on the iPads than either of those

I just registered Sunday and it did this to me as well. But you never really lose your place. If a refresh doesn't fix it go all the way back to the start video call button. When it restarts you'll see you still have your place in the queue.
