Help! County by County Florida atlas

Does anyone know if there is a book/atlas that can be purchased that has individual maps (pages) for each county in Florida? We will be doing alot of traveling throughout Florida in the coming years and love to take back roads to see sights that might be missed otherwise. We have a county atlas for Michigan - it's 11"x17" which is great as the maps are large and easy to read for us and I'm hoping to find a similar one for Florida.

I have tried searching on google, as well as various bookstores (via internet), but haven't been able to locate any such book.

I can find individual maps for each county by searching google, but wanted something in paper book form.

Anyone know of one?

DeLorme Mapping Company publishes a "FLORIDA ATLAS & GAZETTEER" which is a highly detailed soft cover atlas book that has all the roads and places of interest on it. It's actually better than county-by-county because we have 67 counties but this map is spread across more than a hundred pages.

Bookstores here stock it so you might check your bookstores to see if they have it in the travel or atlas section or can order it for you. DeLorme is based in Freeport, Maine at 207-865-4171 if you need to contact them.

BobK: THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I'm going to our bookstore tomorrow so will look for this. If they don't have it, I'm sure they can order it for me. Will check for it on-line first to see what prices I can find and to compare with our bookstore price. Since we're heading to Florida Nov. 11th, I wanted to have this before we left to plan out some of routes. I knew I could count on someone from this board to provide me with info on what's available!!

You can also go to your nearest AAA office.
They have atlas books for every state.
It tells you points of interest, where restaurants are along the route, where gas stations are....etc...

One year we planned a road trip to Florida. We were members of AAA at the time and they gave us a book for every state we were passing through.
