Help!!! Contact for Milesource please

I have tried to contact them via their Help page and I have never gotten a reply. Any suggestions for a live person (as in phone #??)
 
I called this phone number and was able to get thru to a voice mail for Milesource customer service. I left a message and they responded to my question via email, which was of absolutely no help. Maybe you can get thru to a real person. Note that it is a toll call.

I will let you know if I have any better luck than you. I am really considering a note to the various vendors on the site, informing them of the difficulty of reaching anyone in customer service. Do you think this is a portent of things to come: ie: the site is "going under"?
 
I'm not sure what is going on with them but I've been emailing them about some miles I haven't been credited with. I finally received a response about 2 weeks ago asking for a confirmation email, so I emailed them back with the info. Still no response yet.

I hope they're not going under because I also cashed out for a 2200 awardmile redemption cert. to use in their awardcenter. Haven't received it or gotten any response from them about it either. Has anyone cashed out for one of these? Just wondering about how long it takes to receive it?
 

Isn't Milesource affiliated with United Airlines? I need to cash out, but am still hoping to add a few more points.
