Help! Computer expert needed....Outlook Express problem

Help! Does anyone know anything about Outlook Express? While downloading updates to Windows (and trying to fix a previous OE problem) I now have a new one. I did have OE 5.0, the update changed it to 6.0, now when I bring up the mail, the message body isn't there, it's blank. It is the same in all of my folders. I am panicking, I do a lot of business through my email. Any suggestions?

I think it may be the security settings. I know a lot of attachments come through blank for me on OE6, but I'm still learning to use OE6 myself.

Did you try restarting? I often get the "Message Cannot be Displayed" error message. Sometimes restarting helps with that. When that doesn't work I just delete my mail account and then add it back again.

SYMPTOMS
When you view messages in Outlook Express 5.x, the body of the message may be blank and the message may contain an attachment named ATT000XX.txt or ATT000XX.htm. If you use Outlook Express 6.0, the body of the message is blank and there is no attachment.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, clear the Temp and Temporary Internet folders:
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files, click OK, and then click OK again.
In Windows Explorer, click to expand the hard disk letter, click to expand Windows, and then click to expand Temp.
Select all of the files, and then on the File menu, click Delete.
Click Yes.
