HELP!! Collage T SHIRT for 1st Birthday

I was hoping someone could help with a great DISign I am looking to make a shirt for DS with a collage of his photos over the past year. I would like to put it on a t shirt for him to wear on his 1st birthday. Could someone Help? DESPERATE!!!!!

This is a tough one. Did you want characters and such?
Otherwise you could do something like this. Sorry that I have no idea how to shrink the image.

It would require you uploading all of your favorite pictures, creating the collage, and then making your own tshirt transfer.

Just an FYI, Walgreen's lets your do collages on line to make up posters.
I got one done for $9.99.

CVS does the collages too....you can even use you photo as the background.
