HELP! Chucky Cheese Secret Shop

I went to ours last night and the girl that I gave a green citation to said that they recieve a pin. Doesn't seem like a big reward but, she was VERY happy to get the card. It was packed last night and I still had excellent service. The restaurant was also clean so I gave out all 4 green citations. It was the best visit I had ever had there.

I go my package on Friday night and had to use them by Sunday!! I wish I had more time since I had to work Friday and Saturday we had that huge snowstorm! Anyway, I went with my son today and it was "okay" No green citations but a blue citation. It was pretty close to the time so I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. The girl I gave the citation to had no clue what it was. Most people who worked there were teenage girls. My pizza was flung on the table with no eye contact whatso ever. I haven't been here since my son's birthday party fiasco which I had a fit over ( I NEVER complain). My visit was a step up but I wasn't pleasantly surprised.

I signed up last month as an alternate (web site said I could be put on a waiting list). One week later I got my packet in the mail and an e-mail message . We did our visit and had lots of fun even though the service wasn't that GREAT. Do I have to sign up again to be considered for next time or does it happen automatically???

Anyone know???

I have done other "secret shops" for other organizations before. I thought this one was very easy and my girls loved it!!

I went back last Friday to get my free meal and asked one of the managers (who I had given a green slip to) what the certificates were for. He said there was a big poster in the back as to what they were worth. Something to the effect of getting two earns you $5, and the more you earn, the more money you could earn. I would imagine it also gives the employees an intrinsic reward. Kowing that their service was recognized would be a nice pat on the back.

I got my packet on 3/14, saying that it should be completed prior to 3/13 as well! However, I've emailed them to see if I can still perform the mystery shop, since it was outdated before I even received it. Too bad I didn't know beforehand, because we actually visited last Saturday, and it was the WORSE experience I have ever had there! After 30 minutes of waiting, 1 child being out of tokens & my dd being sick & tired, I had to go ask if their pizza was close to being ready. They didn't even have record of it, the cashier must have typed it in wrong! They only offered us salads for the kids while we waited for them to make the new pizza. We were not happy campers!
