Help choosing which parks on which days

I have most of my plans made. My sister and her family are driving up from the Ft. Myers area to visit a couple days during our trip. They will be coming up on a Friday and leaving on a Sunday. She says they want to visit EPCOT and MK, and will do either AK or HS, but haven't decided yet. I'm struggling trying to figure out our park days while they are there. I'm not sure what time they will arrive so my DD and I will be taking advantage of EMH at MK on Friday. I thought about having them join us there when they arrive, but I'm afraid the park will be crazy busy by then. I know I want to avoid MK on Saturday, HS on Friday, and EPCOT on Sunday due to the gay days going on.

So which park would be best each day?
Friday afternoon/evening - MK, EPCOT or AK?
Saturday - EPCOT, AK, or HS?
Sunday - MK, AK, or HS?
