Hi all... Every time we go to WDW we tend to only go to the same restaurants. I think it's because we know it will be good. Can you give me some recommendations on ones worth trying?

We always do these

Breakfast
Cape May
Chef Mickeys
Boardwalk Bakery
(Club level so bfast isnt important)

Lunch
Lecelier
Tusker House
Espn
Crystal Palace
Bistro de Paris

Dinner
Ohana
Yachtsman
50's prime time
Whispering Canyon
Hoop Dee Doo

Have an ADR @ Be our Guest (new this year obviously)

Always try to get T-Rex but usually booked. I've heard it's good

So... Which have I been missing out on?

For T-Rex, try calling directly. They only offer limited tables to the Disney reservation system and keep most of them for their own reservations. (Same deal with both RFCs, since it's all the same company). Many have reported their choice of dates and times even when Disney says they're booked!

As far as new places, while I don't know what you prefer cuisine-wise, nor how your family is... some of my favorites include:
Breakfast
Kona Cafe - Poly
(I'm not big on breakfast in general :p)

Lunch
Liberty Tree Tavern - MK
San Angel Inn - Epcot
Via Napoli - Epcot (This works for dinner too, since it's the same menu)
Sanaa - AKV
Mama Melrose - DHS

Dinner
Non-Signature:
Kona Cafe - Poly (yup, both meals are good :))
Hacienda de San Angel - Epcot (hey, I have a thing for Mexican, don't judge :p)
The Plaza - MK (works great as a lighter lunch or dinner, especially on the tail end of a heavy dining trip)
Boma - AKL

Signature:
Flying Fish - Boardwalk
Jiko - AKL

if you call trex directly, they hold their own reservations (they don't give them all out to Disney.). and you can use the DDP credits for reservatons you make through the restaurant itself.

we also like yak and yeti.. we like grand floridian cafe, and are about to try captain's grille.

We just discovered Yak & Yeti last year, and wow were we missing out! I'm glad to hear the tip about TRex because I've yet to get a res. Now I know why and will def try calling direct.

the cream cheese wontons for dessert at yak and yeti and wonderful!

Lunch at Sci-Fi is my most favorite Disneyest place! You can't eat in a car at a drive in movie just anywhere. :)

Our favorites that you don't have:

Biergarten - Dinner
1900 Park Fare - either breakfast or dinner. Both are good.
Big River Grille - Lunch or dinner
Plaza Restaurant - Lunch or dinner
Sci-Fi Dine In Theater - Good food, great, fun atmosphere

How about Jiko or Boma? We liked both. What about booking Bistro De Paris? You said you've been there before, but they are reopening in early Dec. with a new menu, new name, new decor. Since u liked the old version, it might be fun to try the new.

For a new experience, how about beirgarten or tedden edo?

We've enjoyed Sanaa, Jiko and Yak and Yeti. Sanaa has the most amazing Jasmine rice.:lovestruc

Mama Melrose, Flame tree BBQ, Teppan Edo, Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express are some regulars for us not on your list.

We did Portobello in June and will be going back in Oct/Nov. Hope it's as good as the first time. For sure, call Trex direct. We've got ressies before that way..

On our next trip we are trying Boma, 50's PT, The Plaza and the dessert party. ::yes::

Have to echo Yak & Yeti. We like the food, but it is worth going here just for the atmosphere. Be sure to go upstairs and look around. The decor details are amazing!

We also like getting a breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace before the park opens. The opportunity to get photos of the Hub and the Castle with no one in front of it is amazing. People often ask if we had a private photo session when they see some of our pictures.

Some that no one has mentioned that we really enjoy are Paradiso 37, Fulton's, and Bongos.

We always love the breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, and for a Quick Service Earl of Sandwich at DTD is a favorite of ours.
