Planning on staying onsite for a week next August (villa for the other week or 2)so we're going to take advantage of the free dpp and stay in a moderate.
Our party consists of me & hubby 40, daughters 11 & 16 and my mum 70 something.
So which is the best moderate hotel for us do you think?
Thanks:)

We have only stayed at POFQ and CSR, but we loved them both. CSR is probably our favorite-but only by a very slim margin :) . The are both great resorts both have slides at the pool, we just preferred the looks of CSR and that its the only moderate with a fitness center.

We did like the boat ride from POFQ to POR and DTD Disney though.

At the time we visited the buses seemed faster at POFQ than CSR but we visited different times of the year, which could have made the difference.

CSR has a TS restaraunt and POFQ doesn't, but I would not hold that against them-its a short boat ride to POR and Boatwright's-which we loved their breakfast.

Either one is a great place-look at the pictures and see which one appeals to your taste.

I will say we thought Mousekeeping was a little better at POFQ, my DS loved that we got towel animals almost everyday and we were at CSR for 7 nights and never got one-of course with your kids ages that probably wont make a huge difference :rotfl:

Are you going to do two rooms? The moderates are small for a whole week together, especially with grandma. I do know I slept on the cots when I was around 11 in POR and it wasn't too bad. Sleeping assignments aside, I would say POR definatly. It is my favorite. The theming is wonderful, and just an overall wonderful atmosphere. Coronado wasn't too bad, but not my favoriate, although I know they have 2 bedroom rooms there. I'm not a fan of POFQ or Caribbean. I would stay at Pop before Caribbean. Have fun!

We're having 2 rooms, one of the girls will share with my Mum.
Think my husband would freak :scared1: sharing with 4 women.
