Help choose breakfast spot after Anniversary night

Early August I'm taking DW to WDW for 2 days for our 15th Anniversary. (first trip since honeymoon just the two of us!) Staying at BWV and we have the night all planned out. Epcot once we arrive, WS, dinner at Le Cellier, Illuminations, then up to MK for EMH til 1 or 2am. Waking up late the next morning and we'll have time for a nice late breakfast and some pool time before heading to the airport. I need a breakfast place. Usually our breakfasts are planned around character dining experiences. Looking for something less hectic for this "morning after". We will have a car and buffet style is not a negative for us - especially for breakfast. She loooovers good coffee. Recommendations from this list or other?

Why not try something close to your hotel? We LOVED Kouzzina for breakfast! The food was really good and the press pot coffee was wonderful!

Also close to BWV is to walk over to Fresh at the Dolphin. Excellent coffee, no characters, and arguably the best breakfast on property.

My DW and I love the Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast. It was our favorite breakfast spot on our honeymoon and still is. Our other favorite is the Kona Cafe.

I see Kona on your list. It's a must-do for us every trip. We always get the press pot of 100% Kona, the Tonga Toast and sometimes the lilikoi juice. Poly is a lovely hotel too.
