Several weeks ago in the coupon clipper section of the Sunday paper there was a recipe which used chocolate graham crackers and then you melted Reese's peanut butter chips in heavy cream, let it cooll and then add more cream and whip it to heavy cream, spreading between the crackers and frosting the top. You let it set several hours for the crackers to soften.

Did anyone cut out that recipe or have a similar one? I lost mine. Would appreciate your help.

Thanks.

I didn't see that, but do you remember any of the brands? If so, check out their webpages and see if you can find it.

Good luck.

Checked out Nabisco and Reese's but didn't see it. Does anyone else, other than store brands, make the chocolate graham crackers?

I saw this recipe in Woman's Day magazine. Hope this is the one you were looking for. :)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 10 ounce bag peanut butter chips
18 whole chocolate graham crackers

Heat 2/3 cup of the cream until steaming.
Add chips and whisk until smooth.
Slowly whisk in remaining cream.
Chill 15 minutes.
Beat with mixer just until soft peaks form.
Arrange 3 crackers side by side, long edges touching, on serving plate.
Spread evenly with 1/2 cup cream mixture.
Repeat for 4 more layers; add 1 more layer of crackers.
Chill one hour. Chill reamaining cream.
Spread top and sides of cake with remaining cream.
Chill 4 hours or up to 2 days.
Decorate with peanut butter chips, if desired.
Slice with a serated knife using a sawing motion.
