Help, can't scroll down

Alright I am not that technical but everytime I get in the game their are no scroll down arrows for up/ down or side to side. I can't get to the bottom icons or some of the items on the far right side. I tried to contact Disney but no use. Also went into properties and double checked the size and adjusted that several times with no luck. Anybody else have any ideas?? Thanks

A bump means making a post to a thread so it will go back to the top and someone can find it easily.
I will try to link to the thread with the directions to fix the scroll problem.
