Help can't respond to pm

A very generous person offered to help me with ressies to CRT; he/she pm'd me and I can't reply; it says can find phrae 'post count too low' or something like that. Will someone please help me...I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but i'm not able to take the ressie due to our flight out beingon that day, but I want to thank this person and let them offer it to someone else in need.

All you need are a few more post and you can reply. You can even go to the birthday board and wish happy birthday to a few people to get your count up to ten.

I think someone said the other day the new magic number was 7 so try it again since you know have 7...if not, post a couple of short and sweet posts and you are ready to pm.
