Help -- can't get surveys to load

I can click the banner and then it shows you must have cookies disabled. I have changed my settings to allow all cookies and it still gives me the same message. Any computer experts out there that could give me a hand?

We recently had a hard drive crash and when we got it all fixed, I had the same problem with Internet Explorer. We tried changing all of the settings and nothing seemed to work. I ended up having to use Firefox instead and that seems to be working well- I can take the surveys and have received credit for them. So, you might want to try a different browser and see if that fixes your problem.

Yay!! Glad it worked!! I know it drove me nuts until DH told me to try a different browser!!
