HELP!! Can't get past the 150 mark.

I've been doing south beach for about a month. I can't get past 140-150. I've been stopped here for over a week. I've been doing a 1 hr combo. of yoga/pliates/arobic interval training, and have only been eating a few carbs a day. Like 1 slice of whole wheat bread and maybe 4 bites of sweet potatoes a day. It is getting SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO upsetting. I am going to go back to stage one starting Monday. Tonight I have to go to a wedding and the only food they are serving is pizza. :sad2: So I am going to try and eat before hand. Has anyone else had not so good success with SB? I only lost like 5 pounds in my first 2 weeks. :sad2:
 
Are you sure you're eating enough? If your body thinks it's starving, it's going to hold onto the fat as hard as it can. It sounds counter-intuitive, but I'd try adding a bit more food and seeing what happens. With all the intense exercise you're doing your body has got to be using alot of fuel.
 
It's worth a try...never thought I'd have to eat MORE to lose weight. lol.
