HELP!! Can't Figure Out PhotoPass Pre-Order

I pre-ordered the PhotoPass CD before our trip. We returned home on June 23 and I input our PhotoPass cards into my account. I told my family I was ordering the CD today....

I followed the instructions and the "credit" for the pre-paid CD is supposed to appear in my account when I add the PhotoCD to my cart...

...IT DOESN'T!! It is showing that I owe the full $169.95!

My CD has to be ordered by tomorrow or my photos will expire...HELP!

OMG!!! I think I know what I did...

I have my own PhotoPass account but I think I created a "group" account under my dad's e-mail address for this trip. I think that is the one that I used to pre-order the CD....but I loaded all of the pictures into MY account

If that's the case, can they do anything about it? OMG...this was a once-in-a-lifetime trip and we have a TON of pictures. My family will disown me if I screwed this up....

Oh, what an awful night. I tossed and turned, sick to my stomach, because I was certain I had lost all of our family photos...

I called the PhotoPass number first thing this morning, as soon as they opened at 9am. I explained what I'd done and Arturo (GOD BLESS HIM) said, "No worries....we'll get you your pictures". I almost cried with relief.

Since our photos expire Monday (not today, as I'd thought), he extended them until July 31. Then, he found the credit in the "vacation" account that I'd set up (Thank goodness my dad had forwarded me the purchase confirmation e-mail...I don't remember the password we used to set up the account). Then, he transferred it to my account where all the pictures are located. He said that their accounting department is closed on the weekend so my credit won't be there until Tuesday morning, at the earliest, which is why he extended the photos' expiration.

I'm just going to add this experience to the mile-long list of why I LOVE Disney.

Well, I checked my PhotoPass account this afternoon...sure enough...the credit is there.

But there is still a problem...

The credit is for $119.95 (which is what I paid for the pre-order) but the CD cost is $169.95. So, when I place the CD in my cart, I still have to pay another $54.95 to get it.

Did this happen to anyone else who pre-ordered before the price increase? It seems like since I pre-ordered it, I shouldn't be subject to the price increase.

I guess I will be back on the phone with them tomorrow...
