Help, can't enter my Disney site

Ok.. I have tried several times over the last few days to sign into the Disney site and it doesn't recognize my password. So, when i say I forgot it, which i don't think I did, it has me put in my last name and my birthday so they can send me my password info and I do, but then it says there information doesn't match!!! So now what!! I made my reservations over the phone, but they linked them to this e-mail account (it is on my receipt I got in the mail) but how do I access it??? How do I sign into Disney???

The one where you can book online if you want to. Should I just call disney reservations and see if they can straighten it out?

I might call do you have more than one email??? It is odd I just tried it and didn't have a problem...so the only thing I can say is try your with all your emails and make sure your caps are in the right mode because it might be case sensitive!!!!

The Disney website must be having some problems this week, because the exact same thing happened to me. Fortunately, I have two accounts (one that I set up with Disney Movie Rewards, not knowing that I could my Disney Vacations login there too) and when I log in with the other id and enter my confirmation number, it still pulls up my reservation details, even though that isn't the email address that was used on the reservation. If you can't get somebody to straighten it out for you, maybe you can just set up a new account and try entering your ressie info.
