Help! Can't decide!

I just booked a one night quick stay at Pop for next friday (the 9th of July) and got the dp (since it would be more on food without it for 1qs, 1 ts and 1 snack). I have no idea where I would like to dine! Someplace I have not been before would ideal, since this is a solo one day trip and I am open to new things. I most likely will be in Epcot then head to Magic Kingdom to take advantage of the 3 am EMH. I am not a picky eater either.

I am thinking of the following(if there is any availability left of course)

In Epcot (I've dined everywhere else)
-Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (always wanted to try it but never have)
-Biergarten

or I could dine at a resort (have dinned at all of the monorail resorts as well as Epcot resorts) I would prefer not to eat in Magic Kingdom. Would love any suggestions and/or opinions! I will be booking the ADR hopefully tonight if not then tomorrow first thing. Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Biergarten is alot of fun! Its a buffet so you'd be more in control of how quick you are in and out of the restaurant.
I think for a solo trip the atmosphere at Biergarten would work and if you are social you get to meet new people and not feel like a solo diner

The only other suggestion I'd offer is The Wave or Kona both seem like a nice lunch
