Help Canceling Reservation

I have done something really careless. I accidentally made a dining reservation for this morning when I was trying to make one for our trip in March. I am currently on a very long wait to explain what happened and try to delete the reservation. It's getting closer and closer to the reservation time. I used the number (407) 939-4357. Is there a better or quicker way that I can get this straightened out? Thanks so much for any ideas you might have.

Can you change it to another day and then cancel?

I'd also open a chat session. Stay on hold but also have the chat session open and talk to whomever is there first.

They just answered the phone after a very long wait. They were very nice and cancelled the reservation without charging me a fee. I was thankful and will try to be more careful in the future!

I couldn't modify it or cancel it online because it was less than two hours until the reservation time.
