Help! Broken gift from Disneyland.

Not sure if this is the best board to post on but DH and I have a problem. We bought DFIL a glass, specially engraved, from the crystal shop on Main Street USA as a late Father's Day gift whilst over there in June. When we got home we unpacked it and left it in a drawer until we saw him today. Upon taking the glass out we found it had a massive crack around the bottom of it from the area of where the handle is attached. What can we do?? Is there anyone on Disboards who may know how we can contact the shop??

Look at the receipt. There should be at minimum a phone number, but probably also an email address on the bottom that you can contact.

This is for Disneyworld not disneyland but they may have the same thing. I hope this helps. We bought my husband a tie from Epcot and on the way home my son say he would have liked one. I called and ordered one (child's size) and the CM included a note from MM saying he sent it to him or something. They were very helpful.

I had something similar happen with a hummingbird, but I noticed it as I was repacking to head home. Didn't have enough time to go back over there and try to replace it, but I asked the front desk and they got me a contact number to call when I got home. Took a few calls to catch the right people, but I did get it replaced a week or two later.
