I initially bought these several years ago with the intention that DH and I would go. As it turns out, it's now 4 years later and my daughter and I decided to take a girls trip in April. I was hoping to upgrade one to an APH pass as I was able to get a discount at PBH. Looking at the printed out paper ticket, I just now noticed my husband's name is on it and it say non-transferrable. Do I have any recourse? If worse come to worst, I''ll buy an APH for my daughter and save this for the future. Ideally, however, I would like to use one and upgrade the other to an APH. Suggestions?

Do you remember if AAA printed these out (vouchers) to exchange for tickets or if they were mailed to you as real tickets?

I would say as they state non-transferrable, that there is nothing else you can do about it. You can call and ask or take it with you and try, but chances are, there's nothing they can do. SORRY!

Since you bought them from AAA, contact them and ask if they can make an exception to reissue the pass.

Yes, they are vouchers. Thanks--I will go there this weekend and try.

Since they are vouchers and not actual AP, you have a better chance with AAA to work with you for your request.

If they are vouchers, you can probably just take them and get tickets. The tickets won't have names on them. As long as the person who ordered has photo ID, it shouldn't be an issue.

I believe the non-transferable refers to after the ticket has been used once. It prevents more than one person from using the ticket.

You can always contact guest services at the park to ask as well.

We had purchased an AP for my husband and he never used it. Guest services had no problem reissuing it to my son's girlfriend. I was the one who purchased it and I showed my photo ID and there was no problem.

I'm not sure if AAA can do anything for you since they have no idea if you already used the tickets or not.
