Help booking a flight on Airtran

We are going to WDW in January 2008. I have our room at ASMo reserved and I am planning on calling once the 2008 rates come out and turning it into a package. I had originally just planned on adding our flights as part of the package but someone told me the rates for the flights are going up and I should probably book them now. I went to the Airtran website to book the flights and I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me with. Why are there different prices for coach tickets? Also, for the few cheapest coach ticket prices it says you don't get your seats assigned until you check in. Does this mean they don't send me a ticket or anything and I don't get the ticket until I check in? Does this mean we might not be able to sit together?
Also, it says you can purchase insurance on the flight tickets. If I book the flights seperately from the Disney package, the flights aren't covered under the insurance with the package and if I wanted insurance on the flight tickets I would need to purchase the insurance from Airtran also, is that correct?

Sorry for all the questions, I've never booked on Airtran before and I get confused easily

The cheapest tickets at Airtran on the internet are considered specials and you only book your seats at check-in. You can check-in on line 24 hours before your flight and select your seats. No matter what you pay, you will not receive a paper ticket. Your flights when purchased separately are not considered part of the package (even if you use ME), so they are not covered under your Disney trip insurance.
