HELP - Booking A Breakfast With Scooby Doo

Please would someone help me in finding the exact location where I can book a breakfast with Scooby Doo in Universal Resort area? I am looking to surprise my sons who are big fans.

Where does this take place?

How far out can you make reservations?

Hi, it's at the Royal Pacific Hotel, check their website, not sure of dates/times, but just wanted to let you know, if your use to WDW character meals, you are going to be disappointed, nothing like Disney's- not bad, just not great. I don't remember having to book it early, just showed up in the a.m. not really crowded at all. GS was 3 at the time, he had a good time.
