Help! Book now or wait until closer to date

Hello All!

I just wanted to thank all of you inadvance for all your feedback. This forum is just wonderful!

I am so undecided when to book a villa. Since we are not going to Disney until December would it be smarter to just wait until closer to December? It just seems like the villa's that I am interested in are not giving any discounts.
I realize I am looking only at ones that are within 10 minutes of Disney, but don't they still offer discounts?

I'm researching to book a 3 bedroom condo for 13 nights over XMAS this year, and I'm finding several to choose from in Windsor Palms around or even lower than $100 a night, which I consider to be a good (discounted) rate during this peak season. Are you checking directly through the owner? If not, prices will be higher going through a mgmt company. I always book directly with the owner and have had no problems in the 5 times that I've done this.

When abouts in December?The beginning of month should be okay,but obviously closer to Christmas we place as peak season and usually gets booked prettu early.
