HELP Boneless Rib Roast

I have a ten pound boneless rib roast. I have done smaller ones but I don't want it to be overdone. How long to roast it and pass along any tips. I will need to start it soon. Also, I usually start it in a fast oven and reduce the heat. If you do this, please elaborate. Time is of the essence! :wave2: :wave2: :D :D :D
 
It really depends on how done you want it. We like ours rare, so I cook it no more than 15 minutes a pound. If you have a meat thermometer, that will tell you how done it is. I just put mine in the oven at the temp. I intend to cook it.

Thanks everyone. I kind of counted on the 15 minutes per pound and the darn thing is cooking to fast. I took it out for a bit and I am putting it back in again.
