Help! BOG FP+ not saving after I make my selection

Thanks to the boards I checked for FP+ times in April. I was able to select a time for my date but after I go through the process (i.e. log out) the FP+ is not available when I log back in! The only option is to make another fast pass... My friend was able to make her FP+ selection for the same day, and it shows up when she logs back in. Any tips gratefully accepted. Thanks!

I don't know the answer, but I have the same problem. My FP+ selection does not show up when I log back in. I would love to be able to print out the page for proof that I made the reservation.
