HELP...Bleeding

My DD wore her new shirt I made for her with a big black Mickey head and character and it bled out so it looks sort of like tie die around it. The iron on was on the back of a cotton/poly blend shirt. Avery iron on said for cotton/poly blends. What did I do wrong? Is there any way to fix it?

can ya post a pix of the results?

did you wash the shirt first?
did you follow the instructions exactly or perhaps hold the iron on too long or have the iron too hot? Unfortunately, there's so many variables that could have caused that problem it's hard to say without having more information from you.

sorry I can't help you with the fixing part at all. perhaps someone else... depending on how bad it is.
