Help! ART and Knotts Berry

We bought tickets to Knotts Berry intending to use the bus, however we can't find info about what time, how much, where to go, etc. DH asked at our hotel and they were no help. Anyone have any info? We are staying at the Fairfield.

I would also recommend Uber. It's not too far and will be much nicer and probably quicker and more simple.

DH asked at our hotel and they were no help.

That's terrible. Hard to believe no one at the hotel can offer their guests info on
local transportation. In addition to the ART website that DLfan4 linked to you can
look at http://www.octa.net/Bus/Routes-and-Schedules/Overview/ for buses.

What has happened to hotel hospitality? When I travel I rely on the front desk
to point me to the local favs.

LA Metro Bus 460 is probably more convenient than the ART.

As previously stated, Uber may also be a good option.

I went from Portofino Inn & Suites to Knott's Berry Farm on UBER this weekend for $23.54 roundtrip. For a family, this might be cheaper than ART (unless you already have a multiday ART ticket).

I've used ART before, but as someone already said, the schedule isn't very convenient. Make SURE you know the return times.

Thanks for all the suggestions! We wound up purchasing a day ART pass for our family for $20. In case anyone else would be interested, we walked to the main entrance of Disney. The buses line up on the right - number 18 is the one to Knotts Berry. There is a kiosk somewhat hidden at the end of the shrubbery on the right, up closer to the entrance. The bus leaves every hour, which for us meant we left Disney at 9:00, got to Knotts Berry at 9:30,
and left Knotts Berry at 5:30. The buses do not run 12 - 4. The bus did make a few quick stops, but it went very smoothly.

I was surprised the hotel wasn't more helpful. They even suggested a taxi, which would have been really expensive.
