I booked a room only back in May for our October trip -- 10/17 - 10/27. Yesterday I called to apply the annual pass rate. Our new total is $1596.33 -- which comes to 159.63 per night which I still think is very high for a discounted rate.
I finally got ahold of a new CM who explained it to me this way: it would seem for both weekends that I have rack rate of $165 per night; Sun - Thurs it is for $129 per night, and for our last night 10/26 it is $114 per night.
So, are there NO discounts for weekends?? Do you pay rack rate for weekends no matter what discount you might have --- AAA or AP rates????? Very confusing.
Should I call for the new package code and order 1 day base tickets which I could then later upgrade for our new annual passes (ours just ran out in August but we are waiting until october to renew so we can get more trips out of the annual pass).
What do you think the discounted room only portion of the package would come to for 10 nights??? We are staying at CBR?? Would it be worth it to switch to the new package code??
