HELP AP codes?

My sister-in-law has an annual pass but because they don't live in the US she doesn't recieve the newsletter with the discount codes. How can she get them? Do you need a discount code or just ask for the AP rates.

When she phoned CRO they told her she needed the codes from the newsletter. She informed them she didn't get the newsletter and the told her to phone the AP serves number to get them. "Where can I find the AP serves number?" she asked. "On the newsletter." was the reply.

Can anyone give me more info and maybe a phone number. Thanks

I made an AP reservation about a week ago for 1 night in November and just asked for an AP rate, didn't need a code. The cm I had probably knew what the code was (AMI).

Here's an online version of the newsletter, it only included discounts through 8/23/03:

Discounts for October to December were announced after the newsletter came out, so even if your sister-in-law received the newsletter, it wouldn't do her any good now. I think the cm just didn't know what the code was like they should have.
