HELP...Anyone who is at WDW now??

Hey gang...as most know, we are big pin collectors. And, since we won the YOAMD, we have been collecting DVC pins. Well, the newest DVC pin came out on the 3rd, its Chip and Dale, a DVC Member only pin. Can someone pick it up and ill pay you plus the shipping?? Here is the link to the pin:

I'm interested in knowing whether anyone has tried to order one of the DVC pins via Disney directly. I was reading something on the main pin site and it stated that you had to FAX them a copy of your membership card to make the purchase and it sounds like a bunch of "hoops" to jump through...especially since they make you wait one month AFTER the pins actually goes on sale.

I saw one last night with a $17 price. Thats my route to go if no one can help. And, yes, ordering through Disney is a bit of a pain. I have had good luck, but, their wait time, and shipping costs are somewhat annoying. I would think, since we are DVC members, even though its limited, we should be able to order. I sent them an email, ill wait and see the response. Thanks all!

Another thing you can try that i have had luck with in the past is call your disney guide and ask if he/she can get it for you and you can send the money to them as they can get it right away and send it much faster and cost less in shipping, my guide did it for me in the past when i really wanted a pin.

So I emailed Pins. I would have to wait 30 days, which does not make sense since I am a DVC Member. Then I would have to fax my ID, and wait 1-2 weeks to be verified. Then I can buy the $10 pin and pay $11 shipping!!! Thats insane, considering you can send it in a padded envelope for less than $4. SO, I will be crossing my fingers and hoping a fellow DIS/DVC'r comes through.....
