Help anyone that has used STVS and Randy Chapman

Hi

I am hoping to use STVS and Randy Chapman for my intimate wedding at the Wedding Pavillion. I wondered what happens do they just meet you at the Wedding Pavillion or do they come to Video or take pictures of you before you arrive at the wedding Pavillion. Do they also come the the cake cutting reception and video or take pics of your there.

With Randy, he'll shoot whatever you want him to shoot for the hours you reserved him for.
with the basic 3 hr package, you can have him there from preperation to ceremony to cake cutting to reception. whatever you have planned for 3 hrs. you can book him for all day event if you want too.

edit: I believe if you're in town before the wedding, Randy might be able to meet with you for discussion or something.

Hi Jen,
We used both and they do a great job. They both met my wife at the Grand Floridian before the wedding.
Randy took a few shots and Stan (STVS) filmed the Cinderella's Coach ride. Stan and Bonnie did actually set up in the PAvilion in advance and Stan did all the running around filming the coach. He worked very hard and was back at the Pavilion in plenty of time for the ceremony.

After the ceremony, Randy took us outside for quite a few shots around the Pavilion which were great and then they both followed us to the reception.

The intimate reception pretty much has a natural finishing point and that is when Stan & Randy left us.

I can't recommend them highly enough, they are both so laid back and extremely professional. It is very easy to be comfortable in front of the cameras because they do such a great job.

Hi,

We've booked Randy for our Intimate next October. We are staying at Yacht Cub and getting wed at The Pavilion @ 2pm. Randy basically said it's up to us but he suggested he come to Yacht Club at 1pm to get some pre wedding shots and then on to Pavilion.

Probably gonna go with STVS for video but with Christmas and all i'm running a bit on empty.
