Help! Anyone cancelling due to Francis?

Honest not trying to cash in on anyones bad luck but looking for help
my son starting at UNF last week, told that they are evacuating the school thurs. at 12 noon (worst hurricane in 40 yrs). and not reopening until Tuesday
No family in Florida, only at school since 8/21 - no real close friends yet.
Wondering if anyone is delaying their vacation til Mon due to storm, and if you happen to have a studio rented starting Thursday nite?
I may be interested in renting it for the weekend.
Sorry if this is coming off like i'm an opportunist, just worried about my son

Hi. I am going to be cancelling first thing in the AM, I have from Fri to Tues booked OKW a studio. Let me know if you need it, I dont know how we would work it out though! Val S.

I also tried to call about a room at WDS and the message said that no rooms were available for rent until after Sept. 6, also info on refunds.
