Hiya

Were going to WDW in September with DH parents. We have booked the holiday together but are getting 2 cars. Some days we won't always be together but will want to contact each other, Has anybody any used the two way radios that you can hire or buy from Wal Mart??

Or has anybody used UK mobile phones over there, My phone is Tri-band and my dad has the same one and his works over there so i know its will work but how expensive is it to txt to another UK mobile:confused:

Thanks hope someone can help
:sunny:

Texting worked out great for me as long as I switched my phone onto the manual select network and picked AT & T. I'm on O2 over here but when I was in the States if my phone roamed onto the T-mobile network then it wouldn't text. I was texting to another UK Diser also staying at WDW and it worked well.

Texts cost 25p per text in the States on O2.

We've used UK mobile phones successfully for the past 4 or 5 trips. We find that the chargers don't work well on US voltage, so we now take car chargers.

Thanks

I was wandering if i should take car chargers instead of the normal charger.:hyper:
