I get to select my FP next Tuesday. I'm planning to select FoP, Kilimanjaro Safari, and Everest. I have lunch reservations at Tusker House at 12:30pm with RoL package.

I've been playing around on Touringplans.com website. All the personalized plans that I've created have me going back and forth from one side of the park to the other side. UGH! Can someone help me figure out the best plan?

Here is what I want to do:

- Safari ride in the morning
- FoP before lunch
- Everest before lunch
- Safari ride late afternoon/early evening (yes, twice in 1 day)
- River of Lights @ 7:15pm

Other rides in no particular order:
- M. Jungle Trek
- Festival of the Lion King
- Na'Vai River Journey
- Tree of Life
- Gorilla Falls Trail
- Anything else? We love animals and visit our local zoo at least 1 or 2 per month.

The difficulty lies with Everest. It's the only thing that's over on the other side of the park in your "wish list." Are you sure there's nothing else on that side of the park you want to do? The Nemo show is excellent.

If you stay with what you have, you'll have to schedule everything around the timing of your FoP. The later in the morning you can make that, the better, but don't get too close to your 12:30 ADR. 10:30-11:00 would be optimal.

At rope drop, head to Everest. You probably won't even need a FP, but you could get one if you want. Do Everest, then Safari. Depending on when your FP+ for FoP is, you might have time to do some of the trails at this time. If not, do them after your FP+ and before lunch. Lion King is on the hour, every hour, so you should be able to hit that after your lunch. If you don't get a FP for Everest, you could get one for Lion King; it just gets you into the theater earlier than standby.

If you have all your FP+ for early in the day, then start checking MDE for another FP for either Na'vi or the Safari for that late afternoon time. You may even be able to get both.

Just fit the trails and Tree of Life around everything else.

Thank you so much! This is extremely helpful!!

Not sure when you are going but I'm guessing sometime in February based on your 60 day FP window (if you're staying on site) but just a heads up: Nemo will be closed for most of February. I like your plan, Have fun!

Yes we are going Feb 3-9. Thanks for info on Nemo.

I'm not seasoned, but this is what we did at RD during busy Jersey Week:

Park opened at 9

Arrived at 8:15 and lined up at the rope towards Asia

RDed Everest and we all rode once and then DS and DH rode a second time

Dinoland and did Primeval Whirl twice and the spin ride once

Pandora: FP 10:20 - 11:20 FoP/Navi.

Explored and enjoyed the gift shop. Checked in at FoP at 10:30 to get RS. Left Pandora at 11:30.

FP Lion King 12:00 Show

12:40 Tusker House

FP 2:00 Safari

After swiping for Safari could have gotten any FP we wanted. Chose Dinosaur for 4:30

Conservation Station - nice and relaxing

Dinosaur

Primeval Whirl two more times

Boneyard

Pandora at night and FoP with RS
Had the dining package for ROL but gave tix away. We were beat.
