Help! Advice on Disney Dining!!!

Hi, We going to Florida in 3 weeks and have not booked any character dinners or breakfasts!! I did'nt realise you would have to book - Doh!! What are the chances of us getting a reservation at Chef Mickey for dinner and also a character breakfast at Animal Kingdom?

Any advice/help really appreciated.

They might be booked but give it a try (like now!).If they say "sorry" -just keep calling back (as people are always cancelling) and keep calling right up to the last minute!

Be flexible with days & times. All the character meals are great, so don't sweat it if you can't get in your first choice. Good luck

You really don't want to know "what are the chances." You want ADRs.

Call--now if you haven't already. Make a list of your choices for each meal and your acceptable alternatives. See what you can get.

If you have a restaurant that you really want to use and it has no availability, keep calling. You can never predict when they will have a cancellation. If you still don't have what you want after you check in, ask the concierge at your resort to try to get it for you.

Just keep calling--DD changed our plans while we were at WDW. We were told Le Cellier was booked solid for the next 3 days. I called 4 hours later and there was a cancellation--so we took it. Keep trying...things do open up.

Don't give up--keeping trying even after you arrive at WDW. If possible, try eating at "off" times like more towards the end of a seating. Good luck, let us know how it goes.
