HELP ADRs...Error E02020305001

I'm betting it's not a policy change - I think they have neglected to adjust the online system to recognize reservations that have a check-in date in 2010.

I used to be able to retrieve my 2010 check-in on the dining reservation page, even though I was just experimenting well in advance of my ADR date. (Lucky me - my 90-day mark falls on 10/27.) But for a week or two now, I've been getting the much-beloved "E02" error. So at one time, at least some 2010 reservations were accessible.

I haven't been able to see any pattern for this error based on the reports we read here - it sounds like SOME folks are able to retrieve their reservations and unlock the +10 window, but many more cannot.

I really wonder how much scrambling the folks at Disney IT are doing these days in preparation for 10/27.

If history is any guide, they won't have done nearly enough and 10/27 will see rampant system unavailability.

I get the same error for my trip on Nov. 3rd. Seems to be affecting everyone.

So i am exhausted after being up since 3am. i got called in to work and had to be there at 7. No joke i was driving talking on my phone and writing down confirmations on my way in! it was stupid. I was unable to get Tony's for January 6th. It was completely booked for the afternoon into the evening! I was VERY disappointed. Other then that i was able to get waht i wanted...just hours off of the times that I wanted :surfweb:
no :banana:for me today.

I wanted to update that I can now pull up ALL of my 2010 reservations. Once upon a time I could pull them up, but just recently I had no problem getting into my 2009 reservations on the dining online system, but only got the error code when trying to retrieve my 2010. I just tried and all of my 2010 reservations are not showing and can be associated with my ADRs. Whew, I have to make my ADRs for my January trip next week and thought I would have to be on the phone. Then on Oct. 27th I will join the cast of gazillion to book my March and May ADRs.

My DVC reservation # doesn't work now either (two different ones) - I get that same error code. And it did work a few weeks ago. So so much for the 4/3 deal connection. Or 2010 vs 2009 because 2010 worked before and now it doesn't. It's just stupid Disney IT stuff. Very frustrating - hope they get it fixed. I have 2 January reservations and one I can book prior to the 10/27 window and was hoping to be able to do it online.

That's not good. I did write them this week and told them that none of my 2010 reservations were coming up. I assumed they fixed the system, or did they just fix me? I checked my Jan/Mar/Apr/May/ + a split stay and all of them now come up. They use to come up until recently when I started getting the E code.

n2mm - Happy for you that things are working. Now can you share with us who you wrote to earlier in the week? I haven't seen any other posts that people who weren't working now are, so I wonder if your writing did alert them to fix the problem for you. (This will be a very long process if they fix it one person at a time...) My 90+10 started today - so I've called and made the reservations I could get - but I'm thinking there are others out there who can't make ADR's until next week - maybe they could write and be fixed by then?

My reservation numbers did work a few weeks ago when I tried them just to see how the system worked - then earlier this week I started getting the dreaded error code. So strange...

That happened to me to on my last trip in September. I just called WDW-Dine and they were able to retrieve and confirm all of my dinner reservations.

I was logged in and went to the bottom of the screen where it says "contact us" and I wrote them a long email about getting the error on every reservation. I figured most folks have one reservation and it's easy for Disney to tell them there's something wrong with the way that ONE reservation was entered, but there was no way they could tell me that 5 reservations were keyed in wrong. They also called me last night, but I missed the call. They left me a message telling me they were calling in regard to my email, which was a very fast response. I'll call them tomorrow on my day off.

Someone on another message board I participate in said she would get the error code, but then sometimes a few minutes later if she tried again, it would work. Then later, wouldn't work again. Almost like it's some kind of "busy" notice (LOL - just like the DIS boards)!

A few hours ago, I tried again - this time (get this!) - when I clicked on "retrieve my reservation" my screen refreshed, but it didn't open up the area to retrieve my reservation - it just stayed there on the same restaurant screen with the same box about retrieving your reservation - no boxes even showed up to enter the info into!

It is really stupid! I really really want to do my ADRs online. I guess I will just have to try that day and if it doesn't work, call on the phone. Probably no use stressing over it now, weeks ahead of time because just because it works for me tomorrow is no guarantee that it will work 2 weeks from now!

The same thing is happening to me. Today was the first time it worked. Hopefully it will last until Sunday!

I was able to retrieve my reservation today for the first time ever. Sounds like they might be getting things fixed. I start ADRs on Oct 27th for a Feb 7th trip. YEAH! Guess i will be getting up at 3am on the 27th afterall.

The same thing happened to me.

As my trip date came nearer, I decided to just double check....just in case.....and NOTHING came up except that ERROR message. Well, I emailed Disney and they responded a little too late. I went to all my reservations anyway, and I was in the system.

I expected them to turn me away and tell me that they did not see my name, but that was not the case. I think you will be fine as long as you made sure that you booked them and have the conf #.

On a similar thread last week, someone suggested clearing cookies from your browser and restarting your computer. I kept getting the error message and then tried those suggestions. Eventually I was able to put in my confirmation number on the dining page and get my reservation to pop up without an error message. As an aside, before getting the fix suggestions from DIS, I sent an email to tech support inquiring about the error message and was told that I couldn't do online reservations because I booked through a travel agent and that was the reason for the error message. I wrote back telling them that I think they're wrong about that and they never responded back again. Since I was able to retrieve my reservation, despite what tech support said, I too will be up at 3 a.m. on the 27th and have been playing around with the system to be sure it works then, although I have my doubts...

So, I check my Jan 2010 ressie ahead of time, the system DOES recognize it!

Then, when I get online at 2 AM CST to make ressies, I get the dreaded error message as well.

They will hear about this when I call at 6.

same thing happened to me at the beginning of this week.. I just called and after the second time I got everything I wanted

Don't worry too much.. and good luck :)

I just tried, and now (8:35 AM) it pulls up both of my reservations with no problem - I'm using Firefox as my browser right now, but I'm considering trying it with Safari & Opera to see what happens. Again, though, apparently no guarantee that it will work when I need it on 10/24.

An update: Will not work in Safari or Opera this morning. It does what I described yesterday - you click on "retrieve my reservation" and the screen refreshes but nothing changes. And I don't have any pop-up blockers on either.

Such a wonderful system!
