Help adding borders to photoconnect photos

I've got an annual photo connect card.

Used it in October and I can see my photos in my online account. I need to add borders to some - can someone explain how I do this. Please.

Some I got done in the park by going to the photography shop at the end of each day.

Log into your Photoconnect account, and you should see all your pictures as little tiles in rows across the screen.

Click on the photo that you want to add a border to (or change the border on). It will bring it up on the screen all by itself, and there will be a list of options on the side.

It will say "choose a product" to the right of the screen. Click on the size of the photo that you want your download to be (4x6, 5x7, etc.).

"Choose an overlay" will be your next option. It will give you the various borders you can pick from for that photo. You can also zoom, etc. here if you want to edit your photo placement in the frame.

Then select "download" and save the pic to your hard drive.

I've tried one and it worked.

I could see the photos and had tried choose a product but was then stuck. All my googling just kept saying you can get borders added at the park but I was sure I'd seen it could be done online too.
