I'm an old pro at WDW vacations, but this will be our first SW adventure.

It's DS 3yr, and DH and I. I want this trip to be as super cheap as possible over a long weekend. We already have Season Passes to Aquatica, SW, and Bush Gardens through Sesame Place.

So here are my questions:

1) I'm planning on 5 days 4 nights (Thus-Monday) Is that too much time for SW with a 3 yr old? Will we get bored? Should we plan on a day/2 of Disney? Or visiting my DMIL/SIL in Port St. Lucie?

2) Where to stay? I ideally would like something with a free transfer to the hotel like Disney's Magical Express, and some kind of transportation to the parks? Does this exist? Walking distance hotels are fine too. When I do Disney we stay value. I'm in my room to crash for the night and don't care much about it. Maybe something with a nice pool if we decide to go that way?

3) Dining plan? Is it worth it?

I want to try to keep this trip to under $1k with flights.

So far I've found a Jet Blue deal that gets us to the Holiday Inn Express Buena Vista Suites, but I know nothing about this hotel and if it will get us to the park, and hotel transfers?

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

We went to SW last week. We got there at opening and stayed to close (9-7). I feel like we saw most everything in the one full day but it would have been nice to do it over 2 shorter days as we were really wiped out by the time we left. I don't think more than 2 days are needed, even with a little one setting the pace.

When are you going? If its the busier season, then you may need those extra days.

Also, are you wanting to do all three parks? Seaworld, Aquatica and Busch gardens? If so, I would do two days at Seaworld. (Split the days up like the previous poster said.) 1 day at Aquatica and 1 day at Busch gardens. I know your trying to go for cheap, but maybe spend a third day at Seaworld doing a special tour or animal interaction.... http://www.seaworld.com/sitepage.aspx?PageID=942 or http://www.seaworld.com/sitepage.aspx?PageID=880

If not, then spending a day with family is always nice.

Dining plan is definitely worth it especially with a young kid, you never know how much or how little of something they are going to eat. That way, if you buy food or drinks throughout the day, you wont feel like your wasting money on food or drinks.

Sorry I cant help with hotel questions. I'm local so I've never had to book a hotel in the area.
